A standard non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rate is taken at the time of booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to your visit. Car parking is for one vehicle but additional parking is available nearby. The apartment is available from 2pm on the first day of booking until 10 am on the day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £120 deposit is required on final payment and returned on satisfactory inspection of the property.
